I'm trying to fade the screen to black when a player dies, then show a little "death animation" on the screen (using a modified version of Kahalany's Universal Video Texture - so, essentially I am just showing a series of some textures in the middle of the screen) Okay, so, I'm a Unity newbie (but not new to development/programming) and finding that Unity really makes the hard stuff easy, but then things that seem like they should be easy (like dynamically-sized/positioned GUI layouts, or fading the screen) are harder than they should be! :-? ![]()
